OH&S: Initial Hazard Identification

Essential Property Services provides clients with an Initial Hazard Identification Report. Various Occupational Health & Safety Acts and Regulations throughout Australia require either the building owner, occupier or employer to meet specific initial hazard identification obligations to ensure that a safe work environment (namely, the building and surrounds) exists for employees and visitors. An initial hazard identification report assists in providing a safe work environment.
